Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
30-Day Free-Risk Guarantee:
We offer a 30-day free-risk guarantee starting from the date of your CAPERAVE product purchase. If you encounter any issues with the product within the first 30 days, you are eligible for free service. Our hassle-free warranty service ensures a seamless experience for you.
1-Year Limited Warranty:
Our limited warranty is valid for one year from the original date of purchase. You can prove your purchase date with the order confirmation, which may be required by the purchase website or an authorized CAPERAVE distributor when requesting warranty service.
Warranty Coverage:
Please note that the product or service warranty will not be extended in the following cases:
- Loss or damage resulting from improper use, installation, misuse, negligence, modification, unauthorized third-party changes, improper environment, or other violations of regulations.
- Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or abnormal conditions of use.
- Damage caused by external faults or accidents.
- Damage resulting from the use of parts not manufactured or sold by CAPERAVE.
- Normal wear and tear of equipment.
- Products purchased from unauthorized CAPERAVE stores or platforms with unavailable order information.
Warranty Service:
If the product experiences a failure during proper use within the warranty period, CAPERAVE reserves the right to replace the defective part or the product itself with new or refurbished replacement parts. Please note that we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of this product. The warranty only covers faults or malfunctions that occur under normal use conditions during the warranty period, as well as any defects in materials or workmanship.
